Warm Up Your Hearts, Please Chip In

Around the holidays the number of charities and “causes” looking for a donation goes off the charts. If you are like my wife and I, you have a select number of charities you give your time and/or money to and leave most of the rest by the wayside. However, every now and then something comes along that we can get behind and as a result we give a little extra.

This holiday season, that “something” for me is our very own Holiday Season Charity Drive. That’s right, the FanSided.com Sports Network and our wonderful hosting company, Site5, have teamed up to raise money for the Boys and Girls Club of America. Our humble goal is to raise $5,000 for BGCA, but I’m hopeful that we can blow past our goal and help support a cause that supports children in a variety of ways.

Hold on to those positive thoughts and then find a way to pay it forward. No matter how big or how small the gesture, it all makes a difference.
