Video: Josh Reddick robs Mike Morse with insane catch

It’s only the first day of spring training but we may already have seen the best catch we will see all year.

I’m not being hyperbolic either. This is an amazing catch by the A’s Josh Reddick to rob the Giants’ Mike Morse of a home run.

Reddick wasn’t through robbing Morse. A couple innings later, he did it to him again, though in somewhat less spectacular fashion.

The catch was so amazing, even Reddick doesn’t know how he did it.

Reddick’s teammate Sam Fuld, without a shred of irony, said the first catch was, “The best play I’ve ever seen.”

“And then it just got wacky,” Fuld said of the second catch.

Yeah it’s only spring training day 1, but baseball is already getting epic.
