Wacky picture day face makes Craig Bjornson an internet star

One image is all it takes to make someone internet famous for a day. Just ask every Instagram “hottie” who’s ever posted a selfie that went viral.

Craig Bjornson is no hottie, but he’s definitely hot. In an internet fame sense.

All it took to transform Craig Bjornson from “mild mannered Astros bullpen coach” to “viral internet sensation” was one goofy picture day snapshot.

Craig Bjornson, bullpen coach or terrified hostage?

He was on his way to Dunkin Donuts when these guys grabbed him, shoved him in the backseat of a car, drove him to spring training and forced him at gunpoint to don an Astros uniform and hold that sign.

This seems a questionable hiring practice. But then again, these are the Astros.
