A Tuesday night lowlight. Justin Morneau makes an ill-advised decision to test Giancarlo Stanton‘s arm. And gets gunned down at second.

Gunned down by a lot.

Justin Morneau has suffered multiple concussions during his career. Perhaps that explains his decision to go for two in that situation.

Look at him lumber!

Concussions can’t explain the position Morneau winds up in at the end of his slide.

More of a sprawl than a slide, really.

Smart base running kids. It’s kind of important.
