Twitter user Z_Hutch posted this on his account and tipped off some websites. Allegedly it was written by his friend’s son in church.

It asks a question many a Mets fan has been pondering in recent days.

Oh poor dear little Charlie. Get used to disappointment, young man.

Either that or switch your allegiance to the Yankees.

Or, I suppose, you could become a Buddhist and renounce all earthly things.

You would not be the first Mets fan to totally turn his back on the team and everything else associated with the material world.
