Hunter Pence Bobblehead Will Come With a Scooter

Hunter Pence is known for two things: playing baseball and riding a scooter. Everything important about Hunter Pence comes together in this bobblehead the Giants will be giving away to the first 40,000 fans through the door at AT&T Park on April 9, 2014.

I like this break with bobblehead tradition. Why should bobbleheads be boring representations of players as ballplayers? Bobbleheads should embody everything about the player. Everything they are on and off the field.

We need more bobbleheads like this. A few suggestions:

Alex Rodriguez bobblehead with Bud Selig dartboard.

Robinson Cano bobblehead with wheelbarrows full of gold.

Bartolo Colon bobblehead with giant cheeseburger.

Ryan Braun bobblehead hugging it out with bobblehead of Dino Laurenzi.

Justin Verlander bobblehead with bobblehead of whatever SI model he’s dating this week.

Curt Schilling bobblehead with his pockets turned inside out and a sad “me got no money” expression.

Prince Fielder bobblehead with tofu in his hand and bacon hidden in his back pocket.

Matt Kemp bobblehead with Khloe Kardashian bobblehead. They’re roller skating. Cause that’s what Matt Kemp does on his dates with her. They roller skate.
