Man runs over little girl while chasing baseball (video)

And here we have yet another incidence of an overzealous fan potentially injuring a child in his zeal to catch a baseball.

Check out the man going after the Billy Butler fly – that didn’t even clear the fence – during Monday night’s Royals-Rangers game.

Little girl gets in man’s way, gets plowed.

The man’s name by the way is Allan Mount. I know because he actually posted this video to his own YouTube account and then linked it on Reddit.

I’m not sure how I feel about Allan calling himself out on this. On the one hand, I want to give him props for being up front.

On the other hand, he’s still an idiot.

But I guess if you admit you’re an idiot, that makes it somewhat less bad.

And I’m assuming the girl wasn’t hurt. Otherwise we would have read something about this on the internet before now.

Again, people…stop with chasing the baseballs. It’s really not that big a deal to catch a baseball.

Really, it’s not.
