Brian Wilson’s hair is a disaster (and so is his pitching)

Forget about the petition to make opening day a holiday, can we petition Brian Wilson to never take his hat off?

This is what you see now when Wilson removes his lid.

What once was a mohawk has now disintegrated into something you normally only see on a homeless person or possibly a Juggalo.

And if you thought Wilson’s hair was a mess, you should have seen what happened to him when Don Mattingly put him in to pitch in relief of Hyun-jin Ryu in the eighth.

First batter up against Wilson? Seth Smith. Game-tying bomb to right.

With a runner on, bunt attempt by Everth Cabrera, Wilson bobbles, all runners safe.

Shortly afterward, two run single by Chris Denorfia, Dodgers down 3-1.

Wilson would be yanked without recording an out, leaving two runners on base for Chris Perez to deal with.

Not exactly how Don Mattingly envisioned things going. Do the Dodgers have a set up man issue?

Brian Wilson has a hair issue, I know that.
