Jacoby Ellsbury is not a hard name to say. At all.

It’s a hard name to spell for some people, yes. But when it comes to pronouncing the syllables in the correct order and with the correct emphasis?

Not a difficult challenge.

Unless you are hockey fashion plate Don Cherry. Then it’s hard.

Actually it’s more than hard. It’s almost impossible.

That is the most shocking act of butchery I’ve witnessed since The Red Wedding.

I think Don Cherry has been drinking. Needless to say, he can’t hold his liquor as well as Tyrion Lannister.

The face I made watching Don Cherry try to say Jacoby Ellsbury was the same one I made watching Melisandre give birth to the smoke demon. It was like, “What in the name of all that is good and holy and decent is this thing I am witnessing???”

That’s three dings for the Game of Thrones reference meter, if you’re keeping score.
