The Milwaukee Brewers are an unstoppable baseball machine right now. Everything is going right for this team.

Everything.

They’re on one of those streaks where they can do no wrong. Every play is going their way. Even the crazy ones.

Check out this bizarre sequence from Saturday’s game against the Pirates.

Jonathan Lucroy catches a pop foul behind the plate. The Pirates try to play clever base running games by having the runner tag up from first, drawing a throw to second that will allow the runner on third to race home.

The Brewers defeat the Pirates’ trickery with perfect execution.

The Brewers won the game, giving them eight straight victories.

Yes, the Milwaukee Brewers are the best team in baseball halfway through April.

Will they still be one of the best teams in baseball come October? We shall see.
