San Francisco Giants official 2014 World Series film released; win a copy

Just a few weeks ago the San Francisco Giants captivated their city and their fans, winning their third World Series title in the last five years. The victory concluded an unexpected run through the playoffs, making them the first team to win four playoff series, en route to the championship. Giants fans can relive the entire postseason run by getting their copy of the official 2014 World Series film – loaded with highlights, interviews, and more – once it is released in stores on Tuesday, November 25th.

An 8-disc Collector’s Edition will be available next week, on December 2nd, with full broadcasts of the pennant-clinching NLCS Game 5 and all seven games of the World Series.

MLB Productions was responsible for producing the film with exclusive access to players and coached during the World Series parade, during pre-game batting practice, in the dugout, and the clubhouse post-game. Fans can purchase both the film ($29.98 and $34.99, respectively) and the Collector’s Edition ($59.98 and $69.99, respectively) on DVD and Blu-Ray.

While Giants fans will forever remember the heroics of their star players – from Madison Bumgarner‘s historic performance to Pablo Sandoval and Hunter Pence hitting everything thrown their way – but now they can add video to those memories.
