The Los Angeles Angels announced today that pitcher Jo-Jo Reyes has cleared waivers. The thirty-year-old left-hander will now become a free agent. Reyes appeared in just one game for the Angels this season (one pitch, actually), though picked up a win in the Angels’ come-from-behind victory against the Texas Rangers on October 3.

Reyes was drafted by Atlanta in the 2nd round of the 2003 amateur draft. From 2007-2010 he pitched for the Braves major league club. Over his major league career he’s amassed a record of 13-26 with a 6.04 ERA. He’s never pitched to a sub-5.00 ERA over the course of a season (with this year being the lone exception), though he’s still managed to managed to make stops with the Blue Jays, Orioles, Phillies, Pirates, Angels and SK Wyverns of KBO .
