More details were unearthed today in the tragic case of Bryan Stow. Documents filed Monday shared details of the brutal attack.
It turned out that Stow and the two men accused of his attack had an earlier altercation before the incident that resulted in Stow’s hospitalization.
During the first meeting, Louie Sanchez allegedly pushed Stow and punched another member of his party. Stow and his friends proceeded to walk away, but were again met by Sanchez and Marvin Norwood “several hundred feet” from the original site.
During this second meeting, Stow was sucker punched by Sanchez as he was looking at Norwood. The District Attorney described what happened next.
"“Stow’s friends, who are paramedics, describe that Stow immediately lost consciousness and fell sideways to the ground without breaking his fall,” the DA said in the document. “When Stow’s head hit the ground, witnesses heard his head impact the concrete and saw it bounce. Defendant Sanchez then kicked the unconscious Stow several times in the head. Defendant Norwood also approached Stow and kicked him.”"
Sanchez was also involved in two other incidents that day. The 29 year old apparently threw a drink at a woman while inside Dodgers Stadium and upon leaving the park proceeded to charge a group of men while swinging his fist.
