Bud Norriswas activated by the Astros and scheduled to start today against the Cubs. Â He had been on the
15-day DL with a strained left knee. Â The Associated Press reported late last night that Norris would start today. Â However, it seems the start of the game will be delayed. Â The grounds crew had the tarp out earlier at Wrigley.
Norris was 5-4 with a 4.81 ERA this season in 13 starts. Â He has pitched the last four seasons for the Astros. Â Norris started 31 games for Houston last year and posted a 3.77 ERA.
The Astros are 32-44, while the Cubs are 26-49. Â This will be one of the last times the Astros make a regular visit to Wrigley because of their move to the American League next season.
