Los Angeles Dodgers at Atlanta Braves, Game 1: Start Time and TV Info.

Most of the season the talk of the National League centered on the Atlanta Braves and Los Angeles Dodgers. Atlanta jumped out in front of the NL East early, leaving most of the division in their wake and never needing to look back. They didn’t coast through the season, but they weren’t necessarily given a serious challenge from what was expected to be a strong division either. Los Angeles, meanwhile, got off to a lackluster start before things clicked. The Dodgers went on a historic run, taking the NL West with relative ease.
The Braves won 5 of the 7 games that the two teams played this season, including all three at home.
Date: Thursday, October 3rd
Start Time: 8:30 PM EST
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Venue: Turner Field
TV Info.: TBS
Live Stream: MLB.tv or the MLB at Bat 12 App.
Los Angeles will run Clayton Kershaw to the hill for the start. He went 16-9 on the year, but led the league in ERA (1.83), WHIP (0.915), and strikeouts (232) and seems like a certain favorite to win his second Cy Young Award. Opposing him will be Kris Medlen, who had an up and down year for the Braves in which he’d go 15-12 with a 3.11 ERA and 1.223 WHIP in a career high 197.0 IP.
