To get your New Year’s Eve off on the right foot, why wouldn’t you want to get a laugh or two? You’re in luck. Over the next few hours, I’ll reveal some of my favorite video from play to make our “Highlights from the 2013 MLB Season” series. First, I found I have a few moments that might grab your funny bone.
1. Jean Segura runs the bases like no other.
If Segura was older, I’d think he was a member of the Keystone Kops. Actually, much older.
Or this: Who’s on first? Now, it’s Segura…when he started on second.
2. Prince Fielder displaying his base running prowess..
Such grace. Such beauty. I can see Prince looking for a cameo in a production performed by the Dallas Ballet Company.
3. KC fan celebrates…at the 28 second mark.
A viral hit, this was. And I honestly don’t need to see it again. But this is the Internet and once it’s there, it’s there.
4. This…
Mark Sanchez will be forever known for the “Butt Fumble”. Now, Jonathan Villar and Brandon Phillips will be the “participants” (maybe, unwilling participants) in the “Butt Tag”.
5. And this…
As the title of the video notes, this was epic. While it might not get you giggly, it was a contest that would rival any staring contest.
6. Premature?
I’m sure some of you are on a wavelength that you ought not be thinking.
