This picture was tweeted by sought-after Korean pitching star Suk-Min Yoon Tuesday evening:

Either Suk-Min Yoon is set to sign with the Baltimore Orioles, or Suk-Min Yoon has a wacky, somewhat trollish sense of humor.

Orioles fans are hoping it’s the former. And if it’s the latter?

Well they’ll probably be ticked off for awhile, but if Yoon ends up signing with the O’s, I’m guessing they’ll forgive him.

Last reports say that, despite the picture Yoon tweeted of himself sporting an Orioles cap, the Korean hurler has not yet signed with them or anyone else. Ken Rosenthal reports it’s down to five teams, the Orioles among them.

For a second there though, Orioles fans thought they had Yoon in the bag. They could definitely use another arm on the staff, especially after missing out on Bronson Arroyo.

If they miss out on Yoon, there’s always A.J. Burnett.

Look at the remaining free agent pitchers out there and you can understand why Orioles fans are so high on Yoon.

Yoon needs to go easy on his potential future fanbase. Quit teasing them, Yoon.
