Who could be moved:

1. Jordan Walden

Moving a piece of the bullpen doesn’t seem like a likely move for this Braves team, but if they are going to deal anyone Walden might be an intriguing option. He’s pitching well after having the start of his season delayed to injury. He has closing experience from his time with the Los Angeles Angels (32 saves in 2011). His salary will also continue to rise in arbitration after this season. Atlanta won’t be in a hurry to move him, but if it helps to address an area of need he could prove to be a valuable chip.

2. Mike Minor

Another unlikely move, but should the Braves target a big name starter on the trade market they’ll have to part with some assets to make a deal work. Minor could figure into such a mix. He’s 26, left-handed, and still under team control for multiple seasons. He’s having a somewhat down season but still offers plenty of value.

3. Dan Uggla or B.J. Upton

Let’s face reality here. Neither player is likely going to be moved, no matter how much the Braves might want to do so. Few teams would express legitimate interest at this point and the Braves are unlikely to pay significant portions of their remaining salaries in order to help facilitate a deal. Anything is possible though, right?
