Jordan brand unveils Derek Jeter ad that will debut during All Star Game (video)

Derek Jeter is playing out the final season of his storied MLB career. He’s received plenty of attention this season, receiving gifts and admiration from opposing fan bases alike as the New York Yankees travel across the league. There’s also been plenty of attention focused on Tuesday’s All Star Game, as it will be Jeter’s last and the 14th of his 20 year career.
Jeter has long been a Jordan athlete as well, having been under contract with the brand since 1999 and having 12 cleats modeled under the Jeter name – more than any other athlete not named Michael Jordan.
Jordan has unveiled their newest TV spot, entitled “RE2PECT”, which will air prior to Jeter’s first at bat in Tuesday’s game.
Numerous athletes and celebrities – particularly those with ties to the Yankees organization – are featured in the spot including Jay-Z, Billy Crystal, Rudy Giuliani, Spike Lee, and more.
