St. Louis Cardinals have made an offer for Giancarlo Stanton, with more details emerging.

The St. Louis Cardinals are in need of a big-name bat, as they continue to pursue Giancarlo Stanton to achieve that goal.

Over a week ago, rumors surfaced that the St. Louis Cardinals made the Miami Marlins an offer for the 2017 NL MVP, with more details surfacing over the past few days.

Ken Rosenthal confirms that the St. Louis Cardinals, in fact, have made an offer to the Miami Marlins for Giancarlo Stanton.

It’s unknown what the exact details of the trade are, but it could be in connection with the rumors of these details from nearly two weeks ago.
