Boston Red Sox
This would probably be the least likely of any trade partner, but if the Boston Red Sox had a bit of a weakness it would be at the hot corner. Adding Bryant to this championship lineup would be an MLB The Show type of move.

For the Chicago Cubs could take back Rafael Devers who would replace Bryant at third base.
The problem for the Red Sox is they are already a team that is over the luxury tax with holes in the pitching staff they have to fill and significant raises coming to players like Mookie Betts and Xander Bogaerts soon. However, J.D. Martinez has an opt-out coming and if he continues to produce like he did in 2018 he may just take it.
Out of all these scenarios, the two that i think are the likeliest partners for the Chicago Cubs would be the Yankees and the Phillies. I don’t think the Red Sox go in this direction. I think the Padres will use some of their prospects to try and land some pitching and if the Braves add a third baseman it may be Alex Anthapolos’ old friend from Toronto in Josh Donaldson.
I don’t think the Chicago Cubs deal Kris Bryant, but if they want to get creative, they certainly could go down this rabbit hole.
