Dallas Keuchel may be the biggest name left in MLB free agency. Where could he end up?

Finally, over the past week, there has been movement amongst the best players available in MLB free agency. Manny Machado and Bryce Harper both signed, ending the speculation and endless stories guessing as to where they would end up.

Of course, that means that the focus now lands on the next top free agent. At this point, Dallas Keuchel is considered the best player languishing on the market, a two time All Star and former Cy Young winner who has yet to find a new franchise. While plenty of teams have been linked to Keuchel as a matter of speculation, there have been crickets as it relates to his being offered a contract or talking with other teams.

At this point, the regular season will begin in under three weeks. Teams with playoff aspirations, either for this season or in the coming year, could use a pitcher like Keuchel in the rotation. While he has not been the dominant arm he was back in 2015, he still posted a respectable 3.74 ERA and a 1.314 WHiP over his 204.2 innings last year.

Eventually, Dallas Keuchel’s trip through MLB free agency will end. Let us take a look at which teams make the most sense to pursue the former All Star.
