The Boston Red Sox have not started the season on the right path. They have a record of 3-8, so can they bounce back?

The Boston Red Sox are going to be very happy when they open up their home schedule at Fenway Park on Tuesday against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Ever since they left Fort Myers for the start of their West Coast trip, nothing has gone right for them.

The 2019 season hasn’t been good for Chris Sale on Opening Day as he gave up seven earned runs in just three innings pitched in a loss to the Seattle Mariners. Boston would go on to lose the series and tried to move on when they went to Oakland. It didn’t happen.

The Red Sox got shut out in the first two games, and then lost by four in the series finale.

Not much changed when they flew to Arizona to take on the Diamondbacks. Rick Porcello surrendered seven earned runs in what would lead to a 15-8 win for Adam Jones and the D-Backs.

They would lose the following night by one but finally got the 1-0 win in the series finale.

A 3-8 road trip is not what Red Sox fans were looking for.

But Boston gets to receive their World Series rings on Tuesday before they take on the Blue Jays, so I am sure Fenway Park will be in good spirits come Tuesday afternoon.

The Red Sox will not be at the bottom of the division for the whole season. Chris Sale and Rick Porcello are not going to struggle the whole season.

The Red Sox might even be over .500 by the end of next week because of their upcoming schedule.

Boston will open up with two games against the Toronto Blue Jays, and then the young Baltimore Orioles come into Fenway for a four-game series.

Don’t worry Red Sox fans, you will be just fine.
