Today, we catch up with a promising international prospect, a shortstop out of Havana, Cuba, and a potential member of the Colorado Rockies Dyan Yamel Jorge.

Havana native Dyan Yamel Jorge is going to sign with the Colorado Rockies in the next international signing of 2021 for 2.8 million. The young shortstop is represented by Magnus Sports and as of today is training in the Dominican Republic.

He projects as a plus fielder and a future gold glove. Due to his body type, he has been compared to ex-White Sox star Alexei Ramirez. The talented infielder runs a 6.3 in the 60-yard dash and has an impressive physique for his age.
