This collection of MLB players would produce a formidable football offense

It’s tough to beat the first week of February if you follow both MLB and the NFL. The baseball fan in you can’t glance away from the phone without risking missing the “Breaking” trade acquisition or free-agent signing, while the football fan in you is getting ultra-hyped for the grandest TV event of the year – the Super Bowl.

Feel free to think up and jot down your list, as we’re about to share ours. We curated our lineup to fit offensive skill positions only, which entails quarterback, running back, wide receiver, slot receiver, and tight end. Each will suit up one starter and at least one backup.

Our selection process factored in the following:

  • Prototypical height and weight at a given position
  • Prototypical skillsets at a given position
  • Player backgrounds

Let the presentation begin.
