More than half of the MLB season has come and gone. Teams that predicted they would be in the title chase have either come to the realization they’re a long way away or their right on the doorstep of making it a reality.

Regardless of any team’s record, upgrades can always be made. With several notable ball clubs looking at the standings, they’ve got some interesting choices to make. In the case of the New York Yankees, do you wave the white flag and concede that this season should be flushed down the toilet? If so, they aren’t likely to make any big splashes.
