New Era was in the news earlier this year for making MLB hats that were so bad, social media roasting caused the products to be pulled. One would think the company would learn their lesson.

But those at New Era can’t help themselves and continue to come up with ridiculous ideas. Are you ready for this one?

New Era keeps coming up with confusing MLB hat designs

Upside down. That is the design for these hats that cost nearly $40 before factoring in shipping. So someone in design said to take the logo we all know and love, and just flip it upside down.

Let’s give a shoutout to Parker Molloy for going through all the insane designs that continue to boggle our minds.

We go from upside down logos to a hat covered with countless flags. The flag hats almost look like something you would get at Disney World. Who would wear these? Is anyone spending good money on these hats? These are the questions we need answered.

These examples are just a few of countless designs from New Era that are confusing the masses.

To be fair, a hat company has to get creative to keep things fresh. However, some fans simply want the normal logo, or some slight variation. Throwing a ton of things on there just for the sake of doing it comes across as lazy and almost disrespectful to the brand.

But for fans and those on social media, this does provide some good laughs.

Next. The mystery of Yermin Mercedes’ future. dark

We just are not sure if New Era is simply seeking publicity at this point. Because if that is not the case, those making the designs are continuing to get roasted and that can’t be great for office morale.
