Chicago White Sox Tim Anderson has offer for Chicago Bulls
Chicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson has been just like everyone else since the beginning of December. He has been waiting for the end of the lockout, biding his time while staying in shape to be ready whenever spring training begins. Anderson is in a holding pattern as is the rest of the league.
That does not mean that he is not looking for other opportunities. The Chicago Bulls have found themselves shorthanded after a COVID outbreak on the team. As such, Anderson is offering his services.

Anderson has played basketball before, albeit at the high school level. He was a part of the Hillcrest team that won the Alabama 6A title in 2011. He has also continued to work on his game when time allows, posting videos of himself shooting threes.
This would be a way for Anderson to stay in shape. He would certainly get plenty of work in regards to his cardio, possibly giving him an advantage early in the season. The White Sox would not have to worry about him showing up in poor conditioning when spring training begins.
It would be an interesting move for the Bulls. Having Anderson on the court, or even on the bench, could draw plenty of attention. His presence would more than pay for the cost of that ten day contract just from jersey sales and the curiosity of the fans tuning in.
Unfortunately, this is highly unlikely to happen. As much fun as it would be to see Anderson on the Bulls, it is highly doubtful that they would be willing to sign him. Likewise, it is doubtful that the White Sox would allow Anderson on the court due to the risk of injury. But it is fun to dream about.
Tim Anderson has offered his services to the Chicago Bulls during the lockout. Unfortunately, we will not see the Chicago White Sox shortstop on the court.
