There are some swings in the history of Major League Baseball that are just iconic. Fluid motions at the plate that turned into legendary production from names like Joe DiMaggio, Hank Aaron, and Ken Griffey Jr. are still pieces of art on the diamond that are talked about today. But which players have the best swings in baseball today?

Let’s take a look at the six players who have the best swings in baseball today

We asked around to see which MLB players had the best swings in baseball today, including asking some MLB players who had mechanics at the plate that they appreciated. With that in mind, here are the six players who made our list for their sweet swings.

Cody Bellinger, Los Angeles Dodgers

After winning National League Most Valuable Player honors following the 2019 season, Bellinger has struggled mightily to recapture the offensive production he displayed that season. However, there are some positive signs coming out of Chavez Ravine that come with Bellinger shortening his swing, according to Dodgers manager Dave Roberts.

There’s no question that Bellinger is looking better at the plate and can provide plenty of power in that shortened swing.

Bryce Harper, Philadelphia Phillies

The interesting thing about the reigning National League MVP is that he actually has two swings, as described in this MLB.com article. Both can produce power and both can be used throughout the season, as he did last year when he mashed 42 doubles, 35 home runs, and posted an MLB-leading 1.044 OPS.

As Adler says in his article, both the leg kick and toe tap swings are MVP swings. Could we pick just one for this ranking? Absolutely not, but Harper is an easy choice for the short list of those players who have the best swings in baseball.
