For all the speculation that a tight lower back might force him to miss a second consecutive game, St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Matt Holliday is listed in the initial starting lineup for tonight’s deciding Game Seven of the NLCS.
Of course, we’re still over four hours from gametime and things could still be changed should pre-game workouts not go well, but the encouraging things is that, at least when he arrived at the ballpark, Holliday was feeling good enough to play.
Holliday is listed in the three hole, between Beltran and Craig, and playing his custumary left field.
