4. Los Angeles Angels

This one is simple. The Angels need two things this year, some good health from the guys they gave huge contracts over the past two years, Albert Pujols and Josh Hamilton, and starting pitching. Only one of these issues can be solved with an addition, and the Angels still have a lot of starters to choose from. The Angels my need two starters if they want to make a run in the playoffs, but they only have money for one. They appear to be out on Masahiro Tanaka, but they will probably be in on Santana, Jimenez or Matt Garza. Two guys would be nice, but if Tyler Skaggs develops into a quality starter that would be like adding a second starter.
