Morales has been a solid contributor following missing the entire 2011 season. However, due in part to that injury, he’s a huge liability defensively. On the bright side he has smashed 45 homers and knocked in 153 that two seasons with the Angels and Mariners. Morales’ 2009 campaign, 34 homers and 108 RBI may have been a flash in the pan, but with offense being at such a premium a team might take a chance on Morales.
Possible landing spots: Pittsburgh Pirates (seriously though, no one appears to want this guy)
