Emotions run high in sports, we all know that. Coaches love their team, and sometimes that love shows a little too much.

Maddon is a fiery character; that is no secret. There is a rather long video on Youtube of every time Maddon got ejected from the 2015 season. That is certainly not how Maddon would like to be recognized by his players and the fanbase.

That in mind, his attitude could be used to fire up the Cub players. Not that the Cubs need any extra motivation as one of the best teams in baseball, but when their manager is yelling at the umpire, and talking smack in the press conference for the specific purpose of backing up his players, it has got to create more incentive.
