My name is David Rice and I am a sports fanatic. My first love is baseball and the sports team I am the most passionate about is The Angels. I was able to live one of my lifelong dreams when I was at Angels Stadium to watch the Angels win Game 7 of the World Series in 2002 with my best friend (coincidentally also named Dave). I am a full-time middle school Math/English teacher. I also announce numerous sporting events, mostly high school in my spare time. In addition to this I have been a part-time sports writer for 22 years covering hig school and college sports. I graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism and in 2009 I earned both a California Teaching Credential but also a Master's degree in education. I currently live in the Los Angeles area and attend about 20 plus Angels games each season.
