I've been an obsessive fan of baseball and the world of statistics since I got my first pack of baseball cards in 1973. Fortunately the first Major League game I ever saw had Willie Mays facing Hank Aaron. Hard to top that. I am a New Yorker but oddly have been a Brewers fan all my life. I very much enjoy researching and writing pieces on topics that are on the outside of the norm, and I thank my wife for teaching me how to write!! Father of two interesting and wonderful children and thankfully they tolerate me being in my office at home 365 days a year reading an endless stream of baseball material. It's surely a year-round circus. Peace.
